    Whem a spouse invokes her spousal priviledge, her testimony cannot be used by the Commonwealth. Sometimes, the Commonwealth will try to introduce the spouses' excited utterance. It seems to me that any testimony from the spouse, at any time, is protected by the priviledge. Any thoughts?
